Es gab trotz Ersuchen während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kein Zimmerservice! Seife für Waschbecken im Bad musste ich selbst kaufen. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

We arrived at the hotel after dark, and all the doors were locked. There was a note on the glass door saying “Closed – reopening on January 6.” There was no phone number, no contact details, nothing. We emailed the hotel and called the reception several times, but received no response. The main issue was that the hotel had already charged nearly €200 for one night at the time of booking, and the reservation was non-refundable. While we were on our way to the hotel, we even received a separate email stating that the hotel restaurant would be waiting for us with a hot meal until 9:30 pm. Because of this, we did not eat during the journey. When we arrived, however, there was absolutely no one there. We contacted Booking.com customer service, who also tried calling the hotel and sent them emails, just as we did, but they also received no response. Until Booking intervened, we were sitting in the car with our child in minus 6 degrees Celsius — hungry, thirsty, and exhausted. Eventually, we were forced to book another hotel room for the night, again paying around €200. The next morning, we received an email from Jessica, the hotel receptionist, saying that the hotel was in fact open, but that she is only there during the daytime. She then asked why we did not call the emergency number — which was not displayed anywhere. They simply refuse to refund our money. This level of behaviour is beyond unacceptable and incredibly rude.

Huge rooms, even the bathroom, free parking. Comfy bed, no night lights, very silent , ideal for travellers. Wifi we didn't use. Modest, but more rhan enough breakfast
