Location was OK

NOTHING the pictures they posted don’t match with the place. Old and broken faucets. Smelly, old bed sheets and comforters. Water will come out pretty slow from the shower. Hairs all over the shower. People would smoke next door and the apartment will stink. You can hear EVERYTHING, they’re not respectful about night hours. The kitchen is too small to even cook breakfast. The bigger pool is clean but the jacuzzi is not and you can’t even use it, drunk people would stay there all time. Kindly asked the maintenance people if the apartment was considered clean when we arrived and their response was rude. Terrible terrible experience, overpriced. Stay away from here. Reporting this to booking. I wish I could rate them zero.

The location was awesome! Eli was helpful in answering questions before our trip. Benny was a friendly and helpful support person at the condo. It was great to have a refrigerator and a clean refreshing pool. The beds were fantastic and the A/C was excellent!!! We were able to watch Netflix and that was nice!

There was no dresser. We had to live out of suitcases. There was no hot water for showers; it was lukewarm at best. There was 1 spoon!!!!, 1 dull paring knife & a couple of forks. No bath mat, no kitchen towels & no hand towels anywhere!!. The kitchen and bath were ill equipped. We asked for a bath mat and got a hand towel that didn’t absorb water. We ended up buying a bath mat, a water pitcher and Tupperware container for our fruit. We also bought kitchen towels. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. The place is great but invest in a dresser and more linens. Fancy is not important but functionality will make a big difference!!!

Great location. Nice to have a kitchen area and washer/dryer. Mrs. Benny was very nice and gave our kids a pool floatie to use for the weekend.

No dish soap available and very few dishes. Poor communication for how to check in.
