Perfect location, easy parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated place. Dinner was extremely delicious! Good sortiment for breakfast too. Great vibes! Feels like home ❤ Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, Nina, the hostess (whose family owns the hotel) was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and although English is not her first language she made such an effort and spoke so well to me. I felt welcomed and like I had a home away from home. I caught a cold while in Neunkirchen and felt pretty miserable and was missing my husband! Nina's beautiful Pumpkin soup was the most nourishiing delicious perfect tonic I needed during that time! On one occassion I had asked Thomas (Nina's husband) to book me a taxi - in his busyness he forgot so when I went to wait for the taxi it didn't arrive - he felt so bad he told me to jump in his car and he took me to my destination himself!! Brilliant service, wonderful spacious, clean and well appointed room, great breakfasts and lovely hosts all made for a 'home' I want to go back to!

It's the first hotel I have ever been to that didn't have a kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room - although there is a fridge with drinks, snacks etc.... However when I asked Nina, she immediately brought me a kettle, cups, teaspoons and teabags. So this is something I would encourage them to provide. BUT the biggest point is that anywhere you stay is going to have a little imperfection - it's the way that the establishment then responds to the feedback/request that matters - and honestly, Nina responded to every request quickly, with ease and with a huge smile - which made the whole experience an absolute pleasure!

Location convenient for our purposes and the variety and quality of breakfast was very good.

the beds were not bad but could be better beds and it could be an English restaurant menu with pictures but I liked everything and stayed a second time
