Tout est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Un grand merci à Aino pour sa gentillesse et son aide pour localiser les endroits à visiter, pour louer une voiture..... Le SPA est aussi très bien après une journée de marche. On peut se rendre en ville à pied en marchant 10 minutes. Si je reviens à Naxos, ce sera sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel

What a delightful experience at Hotel Grotta! From the gorgeous setting to the immaculate & spacious accommodations, we immediately felt the comfort. And then you meet the lovely staff and feel their genuine hospitality! Everyone was warm and friendly, and Konstantina and Aino went out of their way to make us feel welcomed with their personalized attention and charm. We visited at the very end of the season (late October, early November) so many things were closed for the season, but they helped us find open restaurants and experiences and made our stay special. We would love to return to Naxos and would definitely stay at Hotel Grotta!

The view alone makes the stay worth it but in addition to that, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Rooms are very well kept, clean and were a great place to relax after a day out. The laundry service was an added benefit that made traveling easier. To top it all off, the breakfast was incredible and will be sorely missed!

The only minor challenge was the shower - slightly on the small side and without a shower door the water often spilled out. Otherwise no complaints!

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. They felt like good family by the time we left. There was always someone cleaning. An easy 5min walk to town. The included breakfast was beyond amazing.

I realy can’t think of any dislikes

Expérience inoubliable. Tout le personnel était au petit soin pour nous. Toujours le sourire ! La chambre était très bien équipée et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est digne d un banquet . L hôtel est très bien situé : proche du centre ville et en hauteur avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le petit plus le roof top !!!!
