"This was the most frustrating and disappointing vacation we have ever had!"

There was no breakfast.

The plumbing was terrible with no hot water, a toilet that did not flush, no access to the internet, very noisy air conditioner, no map of the area, no phone service, and no contact with the rental company. No assistance from the hotel staff who were happy to help but did not know how to contact the rental agency. We paid for 4 days and nights but left for our home in Tucson, AZ which was about a 5 and 1/2 hour drive greatly disappointed after 2 days. No No one at the hotel knew what to do or who to contact. This was the worst vacation we have ever had!
