Buen estacionamiento, muy hermosa habitación, todo impecablemente limpio, personal muy atento, buen desayuno, tranquilidad y la ubicación excelente. Muy lindo San Carlos, no lo conocía.

The location was good. It was within walking distance of the city center and near places to shop. The breakfast at the hotel was also good with different options to choose from.

After my first night at the hotel, I noticed I had spilled something on the sheets. I politely requested for the sheets in my room to be changed. I was asked a bunch of additional questions and told they won't change the sheets until after my second night. I asked again and communicated something spilled on the sheets. The front desk staff and housekeeper who listened to my request was not courteous. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I then left the hotel to attend to obligations. When I returned the new front desk attendant from the next shift made a point to tell me the sheets had been changed but did so with an unnecessary tone and attitude which made the interaction uncomfortable. These individuals on the staff need some type of customer service training.

It was a little bit noisy in the night due to a party next door.

Everything was clean and in good shape.

The hotel was quite noisy, we woke up several times during the night due to sounds of other guests and neighbors. Also, but this has nothing to do with the Hotel, San Carlos is a boring town for tourists.
