Pour nous ce séjour a ressemblé à la perfection tellement nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis! Tout le personnel et le directeur se sont démenés pour nous rendre la vie agréable. Gentillesse, disponibilité, conseils avisés pour trouver les bons endroits (restaurants, villages, lieux à visiter etc..) Et puis la situation en proche banlieue de Thessalonique est un atout pour retrouver le calme après la visite cette ville. Vraiment un séjour qui nous a marqué! Merci à toute l'équipe, nous espérons revenir vous voir!!

Ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία ειδικά όταν έχεις μικρά παιδιά είναι παράδεισος.. Έχει θεματικό πάρκο δεινοσαύρων σε άριστη κατάσταση μουσείο μέσα παιδότοπο με μια καταπληκτική καφετέρια.. Περιμένουμε πως και πως να μας δοθεί η ευκαιρία για ενα ταξίδι στην Θεσσαλονίκη να μείνουμε πάλι στο ξενοδοχείο σας.. Ο κύριος Βασίλης ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου είναι ένας προσιτός ανθρώπος και πολύ ευγενικός.. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα

The only positive aspect of our stay was the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, both during the morning and evening shifts. They were always polite and helpful. They also offered complimentary tickets to the dinosaur park for our children, which was a thoughtful gesture, even though the park was not really to our kids' liking.

Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The property was by far the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in. There were cobwebs everywhere, as well as cockroaches and mosquitoes throughout the room. After an exhausting day of travel, instead of being able to rest, we spent part of the night trying to get rid of insects in our room. The following morning, all of us woke up covered in mosquito bites. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the old wool blankets did not feel clean or inviting. Because of the insects and the overall condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable using them and ended up being cold during the night. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was very basic and lacked quality. Even more disappointing was the attitude of the breakfast staff, who came across as cold and unfriendly. We were the only guests in the breakfast area, yet the tables in the better-lit section had not been cleaned, forcing us to sit in a dark corner. We felt more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests. Sadly, despite the excellent attitude of the reception staff, the cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast experience were far below expectations. We would not choose to stay here again.
