I don't speak Vietnamese, but could not even communicate with Google Translate. I could not have a key for my room at 7 pm. Went to bed at 9 pm, was waken up at 11pm The receptionist would not let me get my scooter while he has my ID documents (TRC) Bathroom was dirty (trash, two teeth-brush on the sink ...)
