Excellent location near centre of town. Good free on site parking. Very freindly and helpful...when available.

This is an old hotel and the floors are very squeaky. The furnishings are good though and breakfast was also good. During my stay on one occasion my room was not made up and when I returned to the hotel around midday there were no staff to be found. When finally I found a staff member around 3pm I was told that they had gone home for the day and nothing could be done. When I e mailed the manager the following day, I received a reply several days later saying that I would be given a discount at my next stay. I replied that I would like the discount applied to my visit and not to any highly unlikely future visits...I do live in Australia afterall...something of which the management are no doubt aware.

Great place. Clean rooms and good parking space. Excelent customer service.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great. The elevator was helpful, especially for anyone who has trouble with stairs. Parking was very easy. The restaurant was closed during our stay, but we were able to find many other options nearby.

I didn't like that there wasn't a receptionist at all times at the desk or to answer phone
