Hotel Atrium Premier Yogyakarta – Honest Review I recently stayed at Hotel Atrium Yogyakarta and would like to share my experience. The location of the hotel was good and quite convenient, which was one of the few positive aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall stay was not comfortable. We had booked two extra-large double rooms, but the rooms turned out to be quite small, and the beds were neither spacious nor clean. The linen, especially the bedsheets, seemed unwashed, adding to our discomfort. Room amenities were minimal—aside from a dental kit, there were no standard utilities like soap or shampoo. In one of the rooms, there was no soap at all. When we requested it, the staff poured regular mineral water mixed with soap into the dispenser, which never actually worked. To make matters worse, breakfast was denied to two of us, despite our booking on Booking.com clearly stating 2 adults and 4 children, with breakfast included for all. The hotel insisted that only two guests per room are entitled to free breakfast, which directly contradicted the details on our reservation. In summary, while the location was convenient, the poor hygiene, lack of basic facilities, and unfair breakfast policy made our experience quite disappointing. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve its service and clarity in future bookings.

This hotel does not meet any international standards, especially those expected from properties listed on Booking.com. I have booked hotels worldwide through this platform and never faced such an experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The room quality was poor, the cleanliness was lacking, and the basic amenities were missing or non-functional. The way the hotel handled the breakfast policy was also unfair and misleading compared to what was clearly stated in our booking. Overall, the service and standards were far below what Booking.com usually offers, and I would not recommend this hotel to other international travellers..

great staff, great service, great shower..

Best place for staycation. Lots of activities, not only for kids, but also for adults. Various choices for breakfast. Room was spacey and nice.

Breakfast and Hotel’s food can be improved. Its far from 5star hotels.
