Nice atmosphere and very helpful staff. It felt like a temple inside. Really affordable.

Administration is easy and efficient. Daily up keeping of cleanliness was excellent. Staffs are easily approachable and helpful. There are a few areas for relaxing: One of the area has some musical instruments like piano and guitar that customers can play; A dinning area where you can choose to eat in, either your own or in house food (taste & served good-not pricy). Bike & car rental are available at an affordable price. So far I had used the same bike twice on my 2 visits, had no issues, well maintained. Laundry services too are pretty good and cost effective - 1 day wait. The place is well decorated with painting and sculptures with nice plants and a beautiful fish pond which gives an ambience.

Spacious and clean.

20m beside a mosque. Every day 4:30am they call to pray by speakers. It's annoying noisy. You cannot sleep. They did not give us, what we booked and what they promise. They asked for credit card on booking. While check in they did not accept credit card and cash is mandatory. We booked a queen size bed. They stated all are fully booked. They promised water heater, coffee maker, fridge in the room - nothing of this exist. Not even shower gel is available on request - they gave us a piece of soap. Toilet paper was not there. Beside the fish bassin in the ground floor there was a big koi fish, held in a small plastic box for all 3 days we've been there. It was sad to see this animal suffering in a much to small box. The receptionist have simple English skills, she did not even understand what we were asking for. Additionaly, there were several defects at the furniture. You can find much better places in Jogja for the same price.

Property has family rooms that are spacious, with added facilities like living halls and kitchen areas providing much comfort and relaxation. Staffs provide adequate assistance to customers queries and needs as much as possible, especially the property manager. I had a wonder experience, and would like to not only revisit but recommend to my family and friends too. Thank you…:)

the building is amazing! The room are nice and big enough. The bed super comfy. Felt like in a temple . And the staff! The best ever! Amazing team and everybody did their best to help me and provide me the best experience ever! Loved it every second! Keep me a room for my retirement! Room was clean daily. Wifi is strong. Bathroom is simple but good and have hot water.

Could change the shower head and had one extra power point. But those are just details. Except that I have absolutely nothing to say. It is near perfect !
