The room and bed were both big and the bed was comfy. The pool area was decent. The location was probably as good as you’ll get on the main part of Phi Phi if you want to avoid the loud music all night, although we could still hear it in the distance until the early hours of the morning (ear plugs recommended if you’re a light sleeper staying on any part of central Phi Phi). The aircon worked well.

The room had a mildewy smell. We didn’t really use the balcony as it was too small (only big enough for one chair) and there was a bad smell that made being outside unpleasant. The loungers at the pool were not very comfortable - they needed some cushions rather than just lying on hard plastic. Sound from other guests/staff in the hallway carried to the rooms so it was often quite noisy.
