New modern facility, very clean, great spa, amazing breakfast. Personeel is helpful and professional. Nice selection of cocktails the bar, dogs are allowed.

We have visited this hotel a couple of times and find it to be a great option if you’re planning to explore the Neuschwanstein Castle area or simply want to unwind somewhere close to Munich. The service is good from the moment you arrive, with staff who are attentive and welcoming. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The spa service is also excellent, featuring products from the Pharmos Natur line, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. The food is good, and the breakfast is well prepared with attention to detail. Without a doubt, it’s a place we would return to—just keep in mind that it is an adults-only hotel.

Fantastic spa facilities . One of the best check in experiences with Steve at the front desk. He sat with us, brought a glass of wine and some chocolates and gave us a personal tour of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was first rate.

Our room lay out was strange. Unnecessary infrared cubicle steps inside room and weird sliding doors.

Frühstück war mega. Keine Wünsche offen. Lage sehr schön. Hotel liegt am See, schöne flache Wege um den See. Saunalandschaft echt toll. War super entspanntes Wochenende. Personal sehr freundlich
