Das spa ist ein Traum und mann kann dort so richtig entspannen und vieles unternehmen.Wir als Pärchen aus der schweiz fanden es auch super nah (3Std) entfernt. Mann ist rund um versorgt auch mit essen und getränken. Parplätze gross und sauber auch bei schnee. Das Frühstück war gross und vielseitig was uns sehr gefiel. Zimmer schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Kaffee und tee konnte man auch trinken.

Bett fanden wir ein wenig hart Minibar Kühlschrank war leer...

My daughter and I enjoyed an excellent stay. Definitely 5 star. Very much enjoyed the location, pool, sauna, hot tub, yoga, gourmet meals and vicinity of hiking and castle.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war toll. Der Wellnessbereich mit den Pools hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Es gibt nichts zum Meckern.

Wir hatten einen rundum sensationellen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal umwerfend freundlich, die Küche fantastisch. Der SPA-Bereich paradiesisch. Wir wüssten nicht, was man noch besser machen könnte.

"Schön aber Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht überzeugend."

Die gesamte SPA-Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und auch das Frühstücksangebot war ausgezeichnet.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Wir haben rund 600 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt und ehrlich gesagt deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Gourmetküche (Abendessen) war für unseren persönlichen Geschmack zu raffiniert: mehr Show als Substanz, wirklich satt geworden sind wir nie. Dass Weine und andere Getränke separat verrechnet werden, ist nachvollziehbar – dass jedoch sogar für Wasser zusätzlich berechnet wird, finde ich übertrieben. Wir hätten uns ein etwas bodenständigeres und sättigenderes Menü gewünscht. Dafür wäre es hilfreich alternativen anzubieten (und nicht mit Aufpreis oder wenn schon weniger). Nochmals: 600 Euro pro Nacht. Weder das Zimmer noch die Anlage oder die übrigen Leistungen rechtfertigen diesen Preis. Zudem war es oft schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden, da auch externe Gäste der SPA-Anlage dort parkieren durften. Nach einer solchen Ausgabe möchte man sich aber ehrlich gesagt nicht auch noch mit solchen Unannehmlichkeiten beschäftigen müssen. Um nicht missverstanden zu werden: Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal professionell – aber für diesen Preis ist es aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.
