CHThe location was great, the room was clean, and the facilities were as expected. Everything seemed fine during the stay.
Breakfast could definitely be improved – the variety was very limited and barely meets a basic standard. More effort is clearly needed in this area. However, the most disappointing part was the owner’s behavior at check-out. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Until then, everything was fine – but her attitude was unacceptable and made us feel deeply disrespected. She should not be interacting with guests. Her presence alone changed our entire perception of the hotel – it was a shocking contrast to the rest of the staff’s professionalism.

ATGBThe hotel felt very authentic Italian and had a very relaxing vibe. I was really. Impressed with how beautifully the grounds were maintained and how peaceful it was. Perfect for a couples break. My partner said he felt like he was at a retreat!
The rooms were big but basic. The bed wasn't comfortable.
