No restaurant in the hotel, have to go to the one in the opposite hotel for food

Staffs were very honest and helpful. Although I have forgotten to get the balance of payment, they have given me when checked out.

The hot water was offed. We need to ask the reception to switch on, when required. The telephone was out of order too.
