Nothing

It was mentioned sea view room and amount was also bit high but they provided ground floor room with no window. In short they are cheating customer. They are charging high amount of money and room is very small and dirty.

I had a bad experience. even the reception staff doesn't know how to treat the customer, I was harassed to pay advance money through un-autherised number before stay, even I chose the option to pay at the property during booking. I was refused rooms even though I mentioned them that we are a group of 11, with 8 senior citizens. half knowledge , Unpolite , rude behaviour, " Go complaint whomever you want to" by the manager itself. The customer care people intervened, yet the manager was playing double game, saying that he'll give the rooms ( to customer care people) . no rooms, or will arrange in other nearby low grade property( in my conversation) . Utterly rude & untrustworthy.

The hotel staff will harass you for money before stay itself, even though you chose 'pay at the property'
