Very clean and nice rooms with the Koh Phangan standards. If you are travelling first time to that island keep in mind there is an accomodation shortage so this option is definitely good value for the price. Very friendly staff and there is very good Cafe with a pool.

Great pool area and cafe. Nice views

The bathroom in both levels of the villa smelt really bad. The smell would come into the bedroom each time the door was opened. I also left my kindle at the property which they confirmed is was found by the cleaner. However, it has been 3 weeks and the property has not replied to my messages.

Everything was as it should be! :) Restaurant food is a bit overpriced, but quality is really good and presentation is always nice. Be aware that you really need bike or car to reach the nearby Salad beach which I, after being to Thailand 12-14 times(lost the count) find the best. Also consider ebbs and flows.

The only thing missing: nice to have place where you can dry the clothes and some extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels would be helpful.

The view was nice and the villa pool and patio is extremely calm and peaceful. Great restaurant if you want to stop over for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is super friendly!

Each night we listened to animals in the ceiling. We notified the management and by the third night there was less noise in the ceilings. It was not very easy to walk to the beach.

The villa had a great private pool and also a great view. The staff at the bar hard working and very friendly also nice pool at bar. Food very good eat there a few times

The villa had no shuttle to the beach so you need to hire motorbikes
