Me gusto mucho la ubicación del Hotel, esta muy cerca de todo lo atractivo del lugar, con la facilidad de ir y venir sin ninguna complicación. La atención del personal es muy buena y son muy atentos

La recepción de la señal wifi es muy mala, tampoco hay muy buena señal de teléfono, asi que hay complicación en los dispositivos en relación a ese tema, también el clima no es muy optima ya que el lugar es caluroso y solo cuentan con ventiladores que no refrescan muy bien la habitación

Lugar cerca del centro y de comercios, restaurantes y de la playa

Las habitaciones qué nos asignaron no tenían clima solo ventilador y una de ellas no tenía agua caliente

La ubicación, costo, acceso a instalaciones

Quiero expresar mi queja en cuanto al mantenimiento de la alberca, aproximadamente a las 3:00 pm del segundo de mis tres dias de estancia, el personal encargado empezó a limpiar estando mi familia y yo en la alberca, siento que esto fue una situación descortés e insalubre, en ningun momento nos informo que se realizaria la limpieza y no se esperó a que saliéramos de la alberca. Deseo se mejore esta situación, para seguir hospedandonos en sus instalaciones.

Está muy céntrico, hay muchos lugares para comer y está cerca del centro y de la playa. Se veía muy limpio y el clima funcionaba bien. Se ve seguro y agradable.

La primera noche busqué apoyo del personal por una duda, toqué el timbre para que alguien acudiera y nadie llegó en media hora, así que no me ayudaron. El personal va cambiando y la chica que nos recibió el cuarto al salir fue muy amable, la de la llegada también. El cuarto es espacioso aunque las camas dejan poco espacio para caminar, es cómodo. No llega el internet ni señal para datos a la habitación.
