Location was very good. The view is splendid and access to seiser alm is very easy. Breakfast is well served and the evening diner with standard menu is well prepared. The owners and staff are very friendly.

We had a room at the 1st floor above the reception area. This is a rather noisy after 07:00 in the morning. The balcony was very small with only one chair. However one can always sit at the terrace in front of the hotel. So who needs a balcony?
