Hotel Yolo- Chandigarh

Location is at walkable distance from lake. Rooms are small but very clean. All the facilities are provided. And communication from the owner is really great. It's truly value for money property. You will feel welcomed.

Staff was nice

There was no mirror in bathroom, no dustbin in room, for bathing there was no plastic stool for sitting, bedsheets were full of lint.

So helpful and approachable. Anticipated my needs before I even voiced them.

Mattress was very firm for me. Ok for short stay.

Clean room and good staff

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They helped me in everything I needed, and were very responsive face to face and via whatsapp. The manager has excellent English and it was a pleasure to speak with him. The room was quite comfortable for such a cheap price, and the area was very quiet - contributed to a good night sleep. In addition, the hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from Sukhna Lake, very convenient for nature lovers.

I slept well, but the mattress was a bit too hard. No AC in the room - it was a bit cold - just wear warm clothes. On my last night, the staff changed my room, and I discovered it was a room with no hot water. I asked for a solution and the staff provided me with a bucket of hot water and they apologised as well, but still - it was disappointing to discover there was no hot water late at night :( I hope it's just a one time mistake
