Während unseres Aufenthalts war kein Personal im Hotel anwesend. Trotzdem hat alles sehr gut funktioniert - Einlass ins Hotel mit Code, Schlüsselhinterlegung, Aufenthalt allgemein, Parkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarage zu annehmbarem Preis. Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

Duschgelspender funktionierte nicht.

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel.

Nach Abschluss der nicht stornierbaren Buchung bekam ich den Hinweis, dass das Hotel im gebuchten Zeitraum Betriebsferien macht. Es wird auf eine E-Mail-Adresse und eine Notfall-Telefonnummer verwiesen. Unter dieser Nummer, die ich umgehend und noch vor Beginn des genannten Betriebsurlaubs angerufen habe, erhielt ich lediglich eine automatische Ansage, man möge eine E-Mail schreiben. Urlaub muss sein und sei gegönnt, aber dann bitte vorneweg darauf hinweisen und nicht nach Abschluss einer nicht storniebaren Buchung "unterjubeln". Da fühlt man sich nicht fair behandelt, insbesondere da man den Preis in Erwartung von verfügbarem Personal akzeptiert hat. Der Zimmerschlüssel lag dann bei Ankunft in einem Kuvert auf dem Tresen der Rezeption, zusammen mit mehreren anderen Briefumschlägen, alle mit Namen und Zimmernummer versehen. Datenschutz? Vorbeugung gegen möglichen Missbrauch? Ungünstig sind auch die Parkmöglichkeiten, insbesondere für Ortsunkundige.
