Very basic and outdated, breakfast very very poor. Very Expensive for what you receive

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable!!! It’s clear that your team takes great pride in maintaining such a spotless environment.

Upon arrival in the afternoon, it would be lovely to enjoy a drink at the bar. In our bedroom (under the saddle roof), we found the slanted ceiling to be quite low, which made it easy to accidentally bump our heads.

Clean, large rooms, balcony, modernized. The hotel is an old germanic style, good hosts.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant.

I had reason to stay in this hotel for a 2 night vacation. Situated close to the centre of the picturesque village of Waldron. Although there was a language barrier (the staff only spoke German, I was made welcome. A Buffet breakfast including boiled egg, local meat and cheese was provided in the main dining room

Access to hotel is 24 hours with guests requested to access hotel using their room key and then not lock door once inside. Unsure how I would have accessed hotel when I arrived back at 23:00 one night if a previous guest had inadvertently locked the door.? Additionally even though the hotel states that bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible.( only by stairs), I noted that access to reception / restaurant was via steps .I didn't notice if there was an alternative entrance. ( note to hotel please advise if there is an alternative entrance)

Location, staff was nice, romms were clean

Staff didn't really speak english Breakfast was the same every day Wifi was ok, but sometimes a bit slow

Easy place to find not far off motorway travelling back to UK. Nice balcony. Easy parking. Dog friendly, especially the waitress who brought our little dog a treat. Reasonable 6 euro charge for her as well.

The shower leaked a lot but we could not tell anyone as they spoke extremely limited English, and we do not speak German. We hoped they realised when the discovered very wet bath mat and towels. Only 1 bath towel between us which again we did not try to explain and as only 1 night shared. No hospitality tray or mini bar in room. One small bottle complimentary water between us in the room.

Comfortable bed and fluffy duvets. Big and spacious room with nice terrace. The restaurant had tasty dishes. Great for a short stay.

Not shampoo in the bathroom. No fridge in the room.The coffee at breakfast was not good.
