I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken breast, in particular, was exceptionally well-prepared, and the desserts were also very tasty. There are fish options at every meal. There was also a great variety of pizza options available during lunch, dinner, and as snacks, which obviously kids really enjoy. Themed dinners were a very nice touch as well :) The rooms, while slightly dated in decor, were spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which I personally appreciate the most. There was also a plate with fruit as a compliment upon my arrival, which is a lovely detail. There was also a very spacious balcony to the room, which was a nice bonus. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. To be honest, I wouldn’t come with our kids, because they are too young, and the pool area doesn’t offer much in terms of entertainment for them. However, I would definitely return with my husband or friends - it’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Great location - close to both Nessebar and Sunny beach. Also, Niky from the animation team - he is a real star 🌟

One issue I feel needs the management’s attention is the reserving of sunbeds with towels. Many guests leave towels on beach or pool loungers early in the morning, only to return much later—sometimes as late as 11 a.m. This makes it very difficult for others who arrive earlier and actually want to use the sunbeds. I often arrived at the beach around 7:30–8:00 a.m. and overheard several people expressing the same frustration: the area looks empty, yet there's nowhere to sit. This also happens at the pool, where one towel often "reserves" multiple sunbeds. It’s an unfair practice, especially considering that all guests are paying the same rates. I strongly encourage management to implement a policy to prevent this behavior—perhaps by having staff monitor and remove unattended towels after a certain period. It would greatly improve the experience for everyone.

Ce mi-a plăcut, totuși, și merită menționat: • Serile tematice cu mâncare specifică diverselor țări au fost o surpriză plăcută. • Clătitele de la micul dejun sunt absolut delicioase! • Produsele de baie (șampon, gel de duș, săpun de mâini) sunt puse la dispoziție în tuburi mari, ceea ce e mai practic decât porțiile mici de unică folosință.

Din păcate, experiența avută la acest hotel nu a fost una care să justifice cele 5 stele afișate. Sunt multe aspecte care nu corespund acestui nivel de clasificare: • Curățenia lasă de dorit, bateriile din baie arată în ultimul hal, la fel și scurgerea… 5 stele? • Plaja este destul de departe de hotel (pentru noi nu a fost un inconvenient), iar barul de pe plajă are opțiuni foarte limitate. În plus, nu există nici măcar dușuri pentru picioare la întoarcerea de la plajă, ceea ce este un mare minus. • La barul din cameră există doar apă plată, nimic altceva. • Lipsesc halatele și papucii de unică folosință. • Nu există seif în cameră. • Mobilierul este destul de vechi și uzat, clar nu corespunde standardelor unui hotel de 5 stele. • Programul barului se termină devreme, la ora 23:00, ceea ce limitează destul de mult opțiunile de petrecere a timpului seara. • Gustările sunt aproape inexistente pe parcursul zilei. • Animațiile sunt slabe și neinspirate, nu adaugă valoare experienței. • De asemenea, locația hotelului nu este chiar în inima stațiunii, ci la periferie, ceea ce poate fi incomod dacă vrei să ai acces rapid la restaurante, magazine sau alte facilități.

Camerele mari si curate.

Piscina se închide la ora 18.00 si este cam micuta pentru un hotel de 4/5 stele. Nu este nicidecum ultra all inclusive. Ajunși pe plaja, am întâlnit o dugheana foarte urata, ce semăna cu un wc public. Acolo era barul de pe plaja unde serveau doar suc la tec in niște pahare șifonate de plastic ieftin. 3 feluri de suc si atat. Gheata, nici vorba. Domnul de acolo închidea si pleca când voia. La ora 22.45 am fost la barul hotelului pentru a lua un pahar cu apa, iar personalul ne a anunțat ca, s a închis barul. Personalul nu este deloc amabil. Prețul este foarte mare pentru ceea ce oferă. Parcare ni s a spus ca nu exista, dar când i am arătat parcarea din fata a zis ca este contra cost. Am plătit separat pentru parcarea hotelului. Și încă ceva...HOTELUL NU ESTE PE PLAJA...Mergi ceva sa ajungi la plaja.
