Hotel NOBEL Ultra All Inclusive - FREE Beach Access

Стаята, абсолютно не отговаря на настаняване в 5 звезден хотел.

Hotelul este foarte frumos. Pozele corespund cu realitatea. Camerele sunt spatioase, bine aerisite si curate. Patul este foarte mare si foarte comod. Noi am fost doi adulti si un copil de 4 ani, si am dormit foarte bine toti trei in acelasi pat. Se face curatenie zilnic, se schimba prosoapele zilnic si dupa cateva zile se schimba si hainele de pat. Plaja este la cateva minute de mers pe jos, cu apa lina, nisip foarte fin (ideala pentru familii cu copii mici). Mancarea este foarte gustoasa si mai mult decat suficienta. Angajatii sunt foarte amabili si aici as mentiona in plus tinerii animatori care sunt foarte simpatici.

The food is really diverse and good, with some dishes that were exceptionally good. The walk to the private beach is about ~5 minutes on a paved walkway, the beach bar served water, coffee and juices. Air conditioning in the room was working really good. You could have something to eat non stop from 7 AM until 1 AM

The juices at the beach bar were concentrated and had a very artificial taste. The person serving these was pleasant, but didn't understand much english and wasn't present at all times (sometimes during mid day there wasn't anybody there) The beach chairs were almost always blocked/reserved by other hotel members, even though on the paddock it said that this is not permitted and any towels used in this purpose were removed (this never happened) The walls in the hotel were cardboard thin, the first two nights I had bad luck of unconsiderate neighbours that made loud noises until 2 am and I couldn't sleep. Once I complained at the reception the noises stopped, but the guests also left the hotel so I don't know if the complaint helped. The hotel itself is quite old and needs some upkeeping, the shower floor had a slope so the dirty shower water didn't entirely go through the drain and gunk was building up. The hotel markets itself as "Ultra all inclusive" which usually translates to good quality alcohol beverages, but this wasn't the case here. All alcoholic beverages were knockoffs and I even noticed that the tap beer, which was labeled as "Becks", was refilled using a keg containing their local (good, but false advertisement) Kamenitsa beer. Cocktails were very bland tasting and usually didn't feel as having any alcohol at all.
