Reservei um quarto pelo app e passei a noite toda mandando msg pra eles e nada de me responder para ter certeza que foi confirmado, então reservei em outra plataforma e em outro hotel e deu tudo certo

Gostei da localização, o quarto limpo e organizado. Roupas de cama limpas. Café da manhã ok.

Poderiam melhorar o acabamento do banheiro, e limpeza. A tv muito antiga e não dava para assistir.

Cheiro das cobertas ,acredito que por muito tempo guardadas, cheiro de cigarro nos corredores e falta de cadeiras e espelho no quarto!

Café muito bem preparado, funcionários atenciosos no check out.

No check in tive um atendimento péssimo, recepcionista muito ignorante e estupido, e quando subi pro quarto ainda ficou resmungando pelas minhas costas por me atender, banheiro com infiltração, para fazer as necessidades no vaso sanitário pingava água sobre mim, chuveiro não esquentava bem.
