Hotel Aktinia - All Inclusive

Staff was great, very polite, food was good for the money we paid,quite tasty. There was always something different, except breakfast that was pretty much the same every day. The beach was close. The rooms and public area were clean . There were different activities during the day with 3 young people that would entertain guests with different games. Very nice.

The internet acces was sooo bad. Was disconecting constantly. In the pool are and restaurant wasn't working at all. A big minus for that. And the cleaning of the room wasn't that great. One day there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Also we were in room 501 facing the main road and it was very noisy during the night as there were vehicles driving like crazy.

Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna i miła. Czystość zachowana wszędzie, pyszne jedzenie z dużym wyborem.

Dania trochę monotonne, ale zawsze można znaleźć coś dla siebie. Zimna woda w basenie. Atrakcje dla dzieci co wieczór te same.

Personalul, curățenia în camera. Mâncare bună dar nu diversificata.

Semnal extrem de slab la Wifi.

In timpul micului dejun,personalul se apuca sa mature printre mese Am fost mai multe familii,nu ni s.a permis sa unim mesele sa stam impreuna Personalul prea rigid fata de anii trecuti si nu vorbeau decat ucrainiana Inghetata era servita de personal in comparatie cu anii trecuti Mancarea buna,dar nu ca anii trecuti

Personalul este foarte amabil, mancarea a fost buna. Prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic, noi am stat doar 3 nopti, lenjeriile se schimba dupa 3 nopti, dar cand am solicitat schimbarea patului pentru ca cea mica facuse in pat au venit sa schimbe. Locatia ofera parcare cu plata 20 leva pe zi.

Locatia nu este langa plaja, sunt aprox 5-7 min de mers pe jos, piscina este destul de mica. Camera in care am fost cazati ar merita renovare. In baie dupa ce faceai dus se prelingea apa o perioada de timp, si ramanea ud pe jos.

Totul a fost ok.Mincare excelenta și diversificată. Trebuiau mai multe fructe. Mi au depășit așteptările. Dacă putem venim și în anul următor.Dimitrie de la recepție un om deosebit.Bucatarul excelent.Tot personalul cu zâmbetul pe buze și serviabil. Un sejur de nota 10. Mulțumesc AKTINIA.

Egy hetet töltöttünk ezen a szálláson, és minden percét élveztük! A szobák tiszták és rendezettek voltak, minden nap gondosan takarították őket, ami sokat hozzátett a komforthoz. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak, mindenki megtalálta a kedvencét, a legkisebbektől a felnőttekig. Ami számunkra fontos volt még, hogy az ételintoleranciákra is fordítanak figyelmet. Külön kiemelnénk a személyzet kedvességét és segítőkészségét – mindig mosolyogva, figyelmesen fordultak hozzánk, ami nagyon jól esett, és barátságos légkört teremtett. A szállás elhelyezkedése is remek: kisvonattal könnyedén el lehetett jutni a Napos parton egészen a gyönyörű Nessebárig.
