The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The service is outstanding, with every detail carefully managed to enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, the food is delightful, providing a perfect end to a day of exploration.

Firstly, the owner and the entire family is very friendly and always available to help. On the way to the hotel I had gone past it and had to walk back but the owner said I just had to call and he would have picked me up. So no need to hesitate to call him anytime. The peak starting point is a few kilometers up the road but they will drop off and pick up (for a small fee) - just had to tell the time. Food was great! I had rice and curry for dinner, proper local food delicously prepared, and there was plenty too. They are ready to give a bit of extra too in the unlikely event you run out :) Wifi was good and consistent. It's required as mobile data can be sketchy at times. Gave some extra time to checkout which was really helpful, had no issues with that. Helped stop the bus right in front of the hotel, so I can take it back to Hatton. Even called after that to make sure I had reached safely! Would highly recommend Subash overall.

The owner is incredibly friendly and kind, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The food is absolutely delicious, and the location is just a few minutes away from the beautiful Maskeliya Reservoir. The owner also has a grocery shop, restaurant, and clothing store, making it easy to buy anything you need at any time. The room is very clean with a spacious bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Jayram (I hope I spelled it ok) and his family are very kind hosts. Their accommodation is located just outside of Dalhousie, but for climbing Sri Pada its great. You get to be close to nature, the lake and tea plantations. There is a good view of the lake and Sri Pada from the upstairs seating area. You can quietly sit and read there is you like, power outlets available. The bus stop is right in front of the accommodation, which is also convenient.They have a cute dog names Simba. The room is great, it has everything you need for an excellent price. And clean too. The people living around the accomodation are very friendly too. Go and have a walk and interact with them if you can. There is a restaurant in the hotel too, the food was amazing, freshly prepared even at 2am!
