"AWESOME, relaxing getaway from all things hustle bustle."

The quiet space allows complete relaxation. The chalet had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chalets are also positioned to maximise privacy

The roads certainly require an SUV for comfortable travelling

"More than I expected"

The place is neat, serene, beautiful. If one needs a time away from the busyness of joburg. This is the place. The beauty is out of this world. I will be going back some day.

The fridge wasn't securely plugged inn therefore it defrosted and made my food wet. Therefore it would be best to do a check before a guest arrives to avoid such issues

Disappointingly, the pool uses solar heating and wasn’t warm at all even though the temperature outside was quite warm for late April.

Amazing mountain view. Clean and Good condition of facilities. Lots of towels were supplied.

We couldn’t sleep by loud music from party venue. I sent message about it to reception but no reply.

The staff, upon arrival, were very informative and welcoming. We found the property to be amazing, and the view was exceptional. Photos will really not capture the beauty.

Comfortable enough in a bland sort of way. Pretty mountain scenery.

Noisy music coming from the house next door, which I presume was the owner's residence. Our arrival and departure was barely acknowledged by staff. We were under no illusion that this was nothing more than a commercial arrangement for an overnight stop. Very expensive for the value received and definitely the worst value for money we received on an extensive 6 week tour.

"Gem in the Eastern Freestate"

No place is perfect but this place is coming close being so. The scenery is out of this world. Clever use of space in the guestroom. Comfortable beds extra blankets because it can get quite cold there.

"Friendly staff in a very peaceful environment"

Breakfast was good. There weren't many options, but it was great to get the breakfast delivered as room service. No need to dress up to go for breakfast
