Location

There were many cats around the property, and I understand that one of them is a house cat. I also noticed that staff allowed the cat into the hotel premises. While some guests may enjoy this, it would be appreciated if the hotel could be more considerate of customers with allergies or sensitivities to animals. Clearer policies and better management of pets/stray animals would help create a more comfortable environment for all guests.

Nice & friendly staff. Clean room.

There is nothing attractive around the hotel vicinity. No restaurants whatsoever. Minimal amenities. No fridge in the room. Shower space is small.

Staffs are super friendly and attentive. There were some glitches on my TV and the staff/reception attended it promptly and fixed it instantly. The pak guard outside were helpful with the parking arrangement and the hotel owns a cat called Mimi which the staff taking good care off. Decent, mid-range, very minimalist, clean hotel, meet my expectation and matches with the price. Also, loving the convenience of the wall sockets, including USB outlet.

The hotel’s location is excellent. Although the room is small, it is clean and well maintained.

The reception service needs improvement. I called for more than 10 minutes, but no one answered the phone. In the end, I went down to the lobby and saw that both staff members were outside, relaxing instead of attending to guests.
