Room was really big and spacious. Staff was nice and helpful.

The some of the towels were not clean. They don't provide utensils either, as it is a no frills hotel.

The design of the room was extremely well thought out. There was a place for everything so that you dont even have to see your suitcase. The rooms was modern, beds comfortable, ceilings very high with a large window. I will take the cafe next door with the waterfall over Chome cafe any day. The hotel is on a highway so know that it is difficult to walk to certain places because it’s a highway, but if you have a car or are prepared to grab a grab this can be dealt with. My kids loved the kfc next door and there are other great restaurants in walking distance. I prefer this part of the city to touristy areas and it is wasy to get to wonderful areas nearby. The room was cleaned daily very well.

The only issue was that the shower and sink did not get hot but in August this wasnt much of an issue for me. The highway is less than ideal and you can’t walk along it easily. The room we had was bottom level. My guess is the upper floors have much better views.

The service was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The price was great. What else do you need?
