Frühstück etwas spartanisch und nicht passend zum Rest

I'd give this hotel a very poor rating. It's difficult to understand how it has received so many positive reviews, as it seems they are not using guest feedback to improve the most basic issues. At the very least, you expect a hotel room to have curtains. During the recent 37°C heat, the room became unbearably hot because nothing was done to keep the heat out. To make matters worse, the room had no air conditioning, making it almost impossible to stay comfortably. The minibar was also not functioning properly, so instead of keeping drinks cold, it left them warm. If a hotel cannot provide air conditioning during extreme temperatures, the least they could do is offer guests complimentary cold water or refreshments. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Basic comfort was lacking, and there was little evidence that guest feedback is being taken seriously or acted upon. I would not recommend staying here during the summer.

Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant Fahrradkeller

Keine dunklen Vorhänge oder Rollos, es war sehr hell im Zimmer. Ventilator fehlte, es war sehr heiss.
