The Lodge at Red River

Great place on main Street of town. Walking distance to everything.

The great desk staff, location.

Mildew/mold on old wood ceiling. Musty smelling. All common area outside our room ( long halls, coffee area, stairs, and entrance area) clearly not vacuumed in a VERY long time.

Not handicapped accessible—we could not stay—had to get a different hotel. Management ignored our inability to use stairs. No compensation was offered. Totally uncaring.

Fantastic Location. Has the Old West Feel. Mountain Decor.

No Elevators. No Air Conditioning. You have to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to your room. Hard for Older People to get their luggage to the room.. No ice machines. Rooms are too small for anything but a couple. Parking was a challenge.

The room was small and hot. There was not enough air flow. They provided a fan. But the only plug was away from the bed.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. DID NOT FEEL SAFE. ROUGH CROWD. WE LEFT AFTER LOOKING AT OUR ROOM THAT MADE ME FEEL DIRTY
