"Good value but"

Comfortable beds, good location along our route

Old doors, bathroom floor looked dirty (but was just old), no lamps near beds, just two towels.

Was better than many other Motels in bigger Towns. Clean, comfortable bed with ample parking spaces.

Water has a different taste as if its underground water. (Well water)

air conditioner is good.

HORRIBLE! Don't waste your money here! It doesn't deserve one star! The room stinks. The woman staff is rude and grumpy. The bathroom is dirty. I knew it since there was no other car in the courtyard. Anyway, there are plenty of other options you can choose to stay, but NEVER CHOOSE BUDGET INN!

Nothing.

Motel needs a complete renovation - inside and out. Walls are grubby, needs a re-paint. Facilities not clean. Bathroom tiling needs to be re-grouted.. Staff member was grumpy, unpleasant and difficult to communicate with - absolutely no interest in her job.
