Tutto, dopo una giornata in viaggio speri almeno in una camera mediamente pulita. Ragni nel letto, insetti di dubbia natura, lenzuola e cuscini sporchi. Se non fosse stata per l' ora saremmo andati via. Abbiamo tirato fuori i sacchi letto e fatto su i cuscini con degli asciugamani.

They have only one set of toiletries and a bottle of water.

Room was clean, restaurant food was good.

Quality and size of the rooms. It has almost all the amenities that are required to have a decent stay. Significantly, the hot water shower and water quality is great. Their in-built restaurant serves quality, freshly cooked food.

It's not a great deal, but they must correct the bad apples. One of the restaurant staff members' attitude and behavior was not so great. It's just one member, but that person can spoil the entire mood. In the hospitality business, it has to be dealt with.

Clean, good size rooms and wheel chair accessible. In house dining was good and chef offered to make as per dietary requirements.

Suggestions : breakfast dishes need to be served hot. Pl make sure floors dont get sticky because of cleaning agents.
