Location Staff were helpful and friendly. Provided vegetarian breakfast when asked

Problem with rooms, 4th room was reasonable Saw a cockroach in 3rd room but did not report it. Was promised compensation/adjustment for the rooms problem and faulty AC that caused sleep issue. It was not honoured . Had to leave at 04:00 could not be provided with a take away breakfast. Rooms have a step up and in not mobility friendly. Also the external was being redecorated had to avoid hazards.
