Központi elhelyezkedése miatt mindenhová gyalog el lehet jutni.

Szobáknak a hangszigetelése, minden hallatszott ami az emeleten történik, szomszédos szobából a normál beszélgetés áthallatszott. Reggeliző melleti szobából reggel 6 tól minden konyhában történő mozgás teljes hangerővel áthallatszott. Fürdőszobában kellemetlen szagok. Szobában megérkezéskor dohos állott levegő.
