clean amazing staff, my second visit and I would recommend to anyone, amazing location

only think I think could be improved is the shop on site - needs a few more products

what a surprise, the hotel was new and the facilities , rooms, equipments are totally new. the staffs were helpful and friendly. the interior design is contemporary , lot of equipment are from xiaomi . I was upgraded to a king room much to my surprise and it was pretty nice. the Salon area is spacious and clean and nice. I believe the hotel was recently renovated or build and it is mostly intended to chinese guests as everywhere it is written in chinese. The only problem during my stay was the TV chanels, since the hotel is under chinese management or built by them, you dont have any access to international TV chanels like CNN, BBC, National geographic, SKY TV etc etc, all the chanel are from china CCTV....So, if you are a fan of chinese news, then it is ok, otherwise dont expect seeing intl news during your stay. :)

All TV chanels are from china, no any international news chanels or international movie chanels.

"Comfortable room in a good location, but the staff needs some empathetic training."

The Room was actually not the one I had booked, it was similar, but smaller. The water pressure in the shower was great, the AC worked well, the hotel is in a good location, and the bed was comfortable. I would rate it a 10 if it wasn't for the staff.

Upon arrival, I was immediately made to feel out of place. Perhaps as I had gotten out of a tuktuk and carry a rucksack. I was questioned many times about my booking in a suspicious manner and I really felt like the staff didn't believe I had booked the hotel. The hotel caters to Chinese businessmen... I am not one of them, and as such was looked at suspiciously. Even upon checking-out, I was made to feel like I didn't belong. The staff has zero awareness of customer service.
