Sani Dunes

The pool was amazing the grounds were like a botanical garden the staff were amazing and very attentive to our needs. They provided us with advise and knowledge of the area In particular Margie our guest relations manager and Aris at the front desk. They were both fantastic. We will definitely see Sani Dunes again.

Bathroom door flooded the floors after a shower. No bench space in the bathroom.

We’ve stayed at many resorts, and this is easily among the top three — possibly the best we’ve experienced in Europe. The facilities are exceptional, the pool is stunning, and the entire resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. There’s also no shortage of things to do, with 15 restaurants to choose from each day. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the impeccable service. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to the Guest Relationship Supervisor, Elena, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay even more memorable.

The only food is poor at breakfast. The other meals are managed with truly successful performance. The service and facility deserve praise. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. I'm truly pleased with this establishment, which I've been visiting for years.

The mosquito problem needs to be solved somehow. It's seriously disrupting your comfort. You can't have a pleasant dinner.
