Everything is okay, you just need freshener in the room, or before the guests check in, give them a freshener to make it nice...

"old and run down and stinky rooms with a beautiful courtyard in a nice area"

the location is not bad its quite and nice, courtyard is quite beautiful, good parking

the rooms are not as shown in pictures at all, they are old and quite run down, in desperate need of a renovation, the bathroom worst of all, there is no window or ventilation in bathroom, humidity high, room stinks. But its cheap so you cannot really expect that much i guess

Dirty bathroom. Everything was breaking down. Smell was horrible. They did a quick fix on the toilet which lasted a day. We just needed to get out.
