Staff was really good. Specially Raja was very helpful.

There was another set of people and they were super loud couldn't until 2.30 am in the morning. I couldnt have a peaceful sleep and it would have been better if those men smoked somewhere else rather than inside early morning.

They charged additional 10% to the amount we agreed at booking.com no soap no shampoo Conditioner or toilet paperz in tge bathroom. Mosquito net had more mosquitos

Although booking.com stated there is a restaurant and breakast is available there was no restaurant or food at all. In the late night we were asked to go to a chinese restaurant below, the hotel which was closed.We got the owner who had onlt fried rice or noodles that was sent to the hotel. So was the breakfast, one single item from the same restaurant. Bwsides we ordered breakfast for the four persons and they delivered the double. It seems that the extra part was for the staff but did not inform us beforehand. It did not cost much but it would have been only correct to inform us beforehand. The towels were worn out and My one had a hole too. Hot water ran out while I was bathing. Booking.Com reviews were pretty good and the 9.0 rating made me choose this hote, but thise reviews are mostly inaccurate which misled me.
