It was quiet and clean.

1. The rigid attitude 2. Booking.co. indicated payment on arrival, but I was threatened that it will be canceled if not paid in advance - an unacceptable double standard 3. Despite indicated earlier of late che k in and req for driver resting arrangements... No response at all and I hv to make alternate arrangements for driver at such late night time.

THe rooms were neat & clean - well kept so it kind of gave you a vibe of good place .

Food is not at par, especially non veg - it's not their forte .....

Nice location, decent comfort and good food

Rooms were smelling of cigarette smoke. Unruly guests disturbing others at night. Need more vigilance on guests staying in.
