Generally hotel is good

The attitude of staff was very poor. At first they said your booking is cancelled when I was about to reach the hotel. When I reached the hotel reception said your rate in bookings.com is not valid and u have to pay their heigher rate I think they want to get higher rate from me. I had to fight with them and they infact ruined my peace of mind Never ever will be their guest again.
