Location , cleanliness and staff

I mistakenly booked for 3 days , whereas stayed only for 2 days. Even I email 2-3 weeks before to get 1 day canceled but neither booking.com nor hotel find any solution of it and i end up paying extra for a day which I didn’t stay.

Breakfast was good inside the hotel. Facilities were also good. Location is very close to beach and Rameswaram temple.

Bed should be king size instead of queen size for a deluxe room at the price. Mattress could have been more comfortable.

Filthy, smelly rooms, disgusting toilet seat, couldn’t sleep due to the constant stench. I think the pillows, the curtains and the towel that acted as the doormat haven’t been washed in ages. The TV was super small and didn’t work properly. The remote’s writing had been faded off and the buttons were not functioning. You had to make your way to the actual hotel through a different facade and through smelly, dirty corridors. The living area hallways were super narrow. The restaurant upstairs was small, unclean and smelled. Overall probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Please avoid if you value clean and restful stay.

Hotel is very close to the Rameshwaram temple.Staff are good.

There is kettle in the room for preparing hot water only.The hotel management should also arrange to provide tea preparing pouches like all other 3 star hotel maintaining.This is mandatory for all 3 star hotel.We have to pay separately for tea which is chargeable.

One good thing about the property is rooms were clean

Not worth for the money and breakfast was not good.
