"Nice hôtel with great location"

Location was amazing. Staff completely amazing especially Dimitri at the pool bar

"Beautiful hotel but not a luxury experience"

The property is beautiful and the room was comfortable

The property is understaffed with one person running the pool, bar and restaurant and delivering bags and one person at reception. He was friendly and doing his best though. In the morning the breakfast area has a few people working but it was completely self service and no one mentioned you could get eggs to order which we discovered on our 3rd day from another guest.

"Fantastic facilities and location"

Great location, 2 min walking to Santa Maria Beach. Fantastic facilities, beautiful design, pretty rooms and very clean. Good outdoors gym and calm atmosphere. Very hospitable, one day we had lunch at their restaurant and it took a bit longer than desired (we were on a hurry to take the ferry) and the owner invited us for the inconvenience.

Staff were very hospitable, always helpful and friendly. However, they need more staff, for example the guy at the pool bar is the same guy that takes new guests luggage’s to the room and the only waiter for the restaurant, so often the bar & restaurant are unattended. They are nice, they have 5 start facilities but they aren’t at 5 star service yet.

Great staff and great little resort. Close drive to main hubs but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. 2 min walk to Santa Maria beach which is perfect.

Might feel a little isolated if you don't rent a car.

Very clean, great location (you must rent a car in this area), private, quiet, and peaceful. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating. Antonia was super helpful and great to talk to. The facilities were perfect, the pool was clean and you have a great sea view.

Only if we're being picky, the shower switches between hot and cold water, probably due to other people from other rooms taking a shower at the same time. When the water is warm, it's great :)
