"Unlucky with our neighbours - not the hotels fault."

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They are constantly on the go and absolutely help where they can and always with a smile and a sense that no request is too much. The room was spotless and beds were comfy. We tried to cool the room down but the air on system was awaiting an engineer visit so they brought a fan for us to use. Honestly, the staff are why we rebook this hotel time and time again.

We were in a room with an adjoining door and the noise level from next door made for 2 restless nights. You can never predict other guests but we were just unlucky to get 2 sets of very noisy neighbours. Night 1, woken up by our neighbours having a blazing row. Night 2, our neighbours were just loud, excitable, loud until around midnight and then again from 5:30 in the morning. We would have phoned reception but the phone was out of order. Next time we will know to request a room that doesn’t have an adjoining door.

The public areas of the hotel are looking very tired and in need of some decorating. Disappointing breakfast.
