Tammy at the front desk was amazing. Can't beat the location and for it being a old building it was clean and I good condition

There was no air conditioning, there was a nice breeze, but very noisy with the windows open.

"Right in the heart of downtown pismo, but thin walls and can hear people having sex."

I liked how the property was dead center in the middle of pismo, access to EVERYTHING in downtown pismo.

The walls are extremely thin, we could literally hear people have sex next door. Also we could hear the people above us moving around a lot, kept us up a bit at night.

I liked that the hotel is in middle of everything in pismo beach walking distance to everywhere. Was clean staff friendly. Parking was great.

I didn’t like the band noise from bar thats literally next door. Needs some up dates. Elevator is one of the old ones so if people don’t shut gate right it does not work. Did not like that there are no a/c units or fans in rooms. Windows do not open very wide. For some reason king suite didn’t have trash can in it.
