Pismo Beach Hotel

Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and right in the center of town. The rooms are small but you’re just there to sleep. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. There’s a cute outdoor sitting area with tables and umbrellas. We left our car in the free parking lot and we walked everywhere. Just steps to the beach and all our favorite places to eat.

It was a little noisy because you are downtown and outlets are limited in the room.

The elevator didn’t work

Central location and very short walk to the beach. Old building but very well maintained. Clean facilities and friendly staff. We booked a suite which was spacious and comfortable for our family. Right next door to a lovely cafe where we got breakfast and coffee. Safe area with parking available on site (behind the hotel).

Carpets are old and a little musty. Could do with some shampooing. Not a deal breaker, though

I love the overall hotel. I love the design and the elevator. The staff are really nice. It was the second time I went to this hotel and both times It had amazing customer service.

The water pressure. I was on the 4th floor and when you turn the heat up the pressure went down.

Needed multiple keys to access elevator and room. Suggest cell phone charge ports on both sides bed, along with night stands.
