Hotel Willemstad

The owner was very welcoming! There was a small bottle of wine and water in the room. It was clean and in a great location

The room furnishings were plain, and the TV would not interface with a smartphone, to mirror one's phone. For example to water Netflix in ones own language

It was interesting to enter the hotel by its front door and find myself in a ladies' hairdressers. But I was quickly identified as a hotel guest and not a customer for a trim, and the friendly staff made me feel at home and showed me to my room via the lift. They also provided me with a safe place to leave my bike for the night. I had a well-equipped room with fridge, coffee machine, TV etc. It was a very quiet area and I slept well. Breakfast was delivered by the owner and contained a good selection of items, including freshly squeezed orange juice.

Not a big problem, but the shower took so long to yield warm water I thought I was going to have a cold shower. When it did get hot, it was fine.

Spacey room, very clean, free beverages (mineral water, wine, coffe, tea), good bed

Didn't have the breakfast but took advice from the host on an excellent local cafe for breakfast.

Room was a little cold when we arrived but warmed up OK whilst we were out for dinner

Comfortable room, good shower etc, all immaculately clean. Small complimentary bottle of wine. Central location.

Nothing - all good.
