Hotel Ambassadeur

Delicious food, friendly staff.

The Ambassideur came highly recommended when we had to book here for one night because our ferry had been cancelled. We asked for a Seaview, and it did not disappoint! The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was light, bright and airy, the bed was a super king and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but still functional and very clean (towels were fluffy, too). The view is what will bring me back again and again. I could have sat in front of that balcony for hours just watching the tide change Jerseys landscape. With the tide out, it looks like another planet with rocky hills everywhere. When the tide comes in, you can hear and see white caps rolling in.

It's not a full dislike, but I loved this hotel and felt I should include that the bathroom was a little dated. It didn't have any heating, so it was quite cold in there. It wouldn't stop me from staying again, though.

Eggs are breakfast were undercooked but I'm just being picky

Hôtel très bien situé , vue mer et près de une ligne de bus. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux, nous avons été très bien reçues tout au long de notre séjour Petit déjeuner délicieux et dîner avec une cuisine maison simple

Un peu de circulation sur la route entre l hôtel et la plage mais les nuits sont calmes

Spacious room - booked a sea view double. Clean and comfortable. Large free car park and sea front access to beach. Dining room service for breakfast and dinner was excellent with freshly cooked breakfasts and varied dinner menus offering good value dinner menu. Shout out to the servers and especially Laura who looked after us at both breakfast and dinner.

Would benefit from air conditioning as the sun filled sea view rooms were very warm even in early May. We did had the benefit of a fan and large opening windows but could imagine would get very warm in Summer.
